Chandera Riley Valdez

President

A proud member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe, Chandera holds a Master of Business Administration degree and brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction.

She oversees all phases of business development, management, and project operations, ensuring that every project reflects both technical excellence and cultural respect.

 

Eddie Valdez

Managing Member

With over 40 years of construction experience, Eddie has managed projects ranging from bridges and subdivisions to commercial developments.

He oversees project managers, estimators, and administrators, and is responsible for client negotiations, contract administration, finances, and marketing.

His expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
